We've had a very eventful week of Easter!! We started last weekend with our Annual Cousin Easter Egg hunt at Grandma Nonnie's house. The kids loved hunting for eggs in her huge flower-filled backyard!! Nonnie had everyone bring 2 round cakes already baked and she showed the kids how to make the cakes in to a bunny for us to enjoy later. So much fun with all the cousins. We then attended another egg hunt at one of the local golf courses. The Easter bunny visited and there were plenty of games and food to enjoy! What a wonderful week it's been! The kids looked so cute at Church today. What a blessing it is to be a family. What a blessing to be loved by the Savior and what a gift he's given us all. Happy Easter!

We recently spent some time with our friends the Saxtons, while they were visiting in California. We had a fun time playing at the park with all the kids. It must be ladybug "season" because the girls found so many that they were crawling everywhere. Nickolas took his first swing rides (which he loved!) Great sunny park days!

Sprinklers?

I was grocery shopping with Lukas and promised him (bribed him really) with a donut if he was "helpful" So, when we got home and he inspected his donut he burst out "MOM, this one has sprinklers on it" I laughed and laughed, which I desperately needed ☺ I love this boy!

Sacramento Zoo Pals

Mackenzie and I went to the Sacramento Zoo with all the first grade classes at her School last week. We had so much fun checking out all the animals and spending time with her friends from School. I love to go on fieldtrips!!
